Refunds & Returns Policy

Lemon Pickleball Shop

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refunds and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, provided that:

  • The fault is not due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt)

  • You provide clear photos of the fault or damage when contacting us

This applies regardless of whether the item has been used.

 

2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • Original tags (where applicable) are included

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction if the item is returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

3. Clothing

Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return.

 

4. How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@lemonpickleball.com with your order details, receipt, and (where applicable) photos of the fault/damage. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
