What level session should I go to?

All of our sessions have tags which define the level you should be to book on. A brief description of these levels can be found below!

Early Improver

An Early Improver is inconsistent with most of the shots and struggle to get in the right position or adapt to the pace of the ball in a match. They also have limited tactical awareness and rarely get into dinking rallies.

Improver

Fairly consistent with most shots, but lacks power and finesse. Their footwork is not great, and so they are not usually in the right position, but they have good enough coordination to make up for it. They have some tactical awareness around getting to the kitchen regularly and dinking.

Intermediate

Fairly consistent off both sides (forehand and backhand) from the back of the court and at the net. Comfortable with the kitchen (in terms of getting there and staying there). A consistent serve and return and the ability to attack a high volley, as well as having fairly quick reactions at the net. Finally, they have pretty good tactical awareness of dinking and the soft game around the kitchen.

DUPR rating if applicable:

3.0 +

Advanced

They have very good control and power and have the ability to consistently hit third shot drops and resets with sound and efficient technique. They are able to quickly transition between the soft and hard game, and have quick reactions to do so, as well as the option to use the angles of the court to their advantage. Lastly, they have very good strategic knowledge, and can adapt their tactics to their advantage.

DUPR rating if applicable:

4.0
