Bronze Membership cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel you can do this at any time. There are no refunds for Bronze membership cancellation
Silver Membership cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your Bronze membership we have a fair use policy.
All cancellations are subject to a £35 cancellation fee and the use of no more than the pro-rata number of vouchers used during your membership period.
For example
a) You wish to cancel your Silver membership after 6 months and have used 18 or fewer of your 36 vouchers – You will receive back 50% of your membership fee less £35 cancellation fee.
b) You wish to cancel your Silver membership after 6 months and have used all of your 36 Social Play vouchers – You are not eligible for a refund.
Gold Membership cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your Gold membership please contact Ash or Alex and we will consider each case individually.
Membership freeze policy for injury/illness
If you need to freeze your membership due to prolonged injury or illness we have a fair use policy, and will refund your membership fees pro-rata for the injury period at the discretion of Lemon Pickleball.
Membership coupon policy
You must cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive your coupon back
